Pre-bid Conference A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 9:00 am at Dewey Street Wastewater Treatment Plant, 2104 W 8th Street, Anderson, IN 46016. This pre-bid conference will be held at the pump station site.

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Anderson Board of Public Works located at 120 East 8th Street, Anderson, IN 46018, until Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at 1:15 pm local time. Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud as part of the scheduled Board of Public Works meeting which begins at 1:30 pm.
